Terms of Sale — Beecroft & Bull

Prices & payment

• All prices in US dollars, excluding sales tax; applicable Virginia and other state/local taxes compute at checkout.
• Cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay accepted. We charge when the order ships, not before.
• Sale prices hold while advertised and don't stack with other offers unless we say so.

Price errors

An obviously wrong price is a clerical error, not a bargain by ambush: we may cancel and refund those orders even after confirmation.

Stock and backorders

Everything depends on availability. Out-of-stocks get an ETA from us; you may wait or cancel that item, no penalty, refund before it ships.

Shipping of sale

Free standard shipping to all fifty states, per the Shipping Policy.

Title & risk

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the goods to the carrier.

Limited warranty

We warrant our apparel and gear to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery, and welted footwear construction for two years. Our remedy, at our option, is repair, replacement, or refund. Other warranties — express or implied, including merchantability and fitness — are disclaimed beyond what's stated here.
