Returns & Refunds — Beecroft & Bull

Thirty days, no drama

Clothing and accessories can come back within 30 days of delivery — unworn, unwashed, tags on, in decent company (original packaging). Full refund of the purchase price, no restocking fee for apparel.

Boots and gear

Footwear: return within 30 days if the only thing it's worn is carpet. If a pair arrives wrong or crooked, we cover return shipping both ways and exchange it or refund it, your choice.

The final-sale list

• Opened coffee — once the seal is broken, it's yours (and rightly so).
• Breakables (ceramic and enamel mugs, carafes) once opened, unless damaged in transit.
• Anything marked final sale or clearance.

Return shipping

Standard returns: you cover the postage back (ours out is always free). Our mistake — defect, mis-ship, our sizing chart lying — our label, our cost.

Timing

Refunds land on the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return reaching our counter. You'll get an email when it's done.
